Business Administrator Apprenticeship

This apprenticeship is not for a receptionist or admin assistant if you are looking for that role check out the level 2 Customer Service Practitioner which is the entry level apprenticeship for these roles.

 

The Business Administrator Apprenticeship is for office or project managers/leads or those stepping up from a reception or admin role and taking on the responsibility of managing a small team and/or resources. 

 

Business Administrators manage many systems, processes and tasks ensuring that your organisation runs effectively for your staff and customers. Each business process or system generates data records, documents that need to be stored, accessed and organised optimally so that the business is effective and meets its customers’ needs quickly, efficiently and without error.

The Apprenticeship

After completing their 18 month apprenticeship with CERT and passing their End Point Assessment your apprentice will be awarded the Business Administrator Standard and will have at least 18 months experience working in your business.

This pathway will equip your apprentice with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to confidently undertake any administration role in your organisation.
