Customer Service Practitioner

​This apprenticeship delivers training to provide outstanding customer service for your organisation. Roles applicable to this standard include administration, retail, customer service and marketing, in fact any role that has face-to-face, online or over the telephone contact with customers and stakeholders.

 

Your apprentice will develop up to date knowledge, skills and behaviours about providing excellent customer service while learning about your customer focused organisation.

The Apprenticeship

After completing their 15 month apprenticeship with CERT and passing their End Point Assessment your apprentice will be awarded the Customer Service Practitioner Standard and they will have 12 months experience working in your business.

This will equip your apprentice with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to deliver excellent customer service in your organisation.
