The qualification
After completing their 18 month apprenticeship with CERT your apprentice will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 Diploma in Business Administration and will have at least 12 months experience working in your business.

This qualification will equip your apprentice with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to confidently undertake any administration role in your organisation.
