Customer Service Practitioner




​This apprenticeship trains you to provide excellent customer service across hundreds of roles. As an apprentice you'll gain up to date knowledge on the best service you can provide while learning about a customer focused organisation. There are a number of apprenticeship pathways including administration, social media, sales and retail.


After your apprenticeship you can move up to a level 3 apprenticeship as a Customer Service Specialist or become a Level 3 Business Administrator apprentice.

What Will I Get?

After completing your 15 month apprenticeship with CERT and successfully passing your End Point Assessment you will be awarded the Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship Standard and have experience of working in a customer facing role.

If you have no previous experience in sales, customer service or administration, this apprenticeship standard will equip you with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable you to learn transferable skills in customer service which apply to any sector.
