What Will I Get?

After completing your 12 month apprenticeship with CERT you will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Customer Service and have experience of working in a customer serving role.

If you have no previous experience in customer service, this qualification will equip you with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable you to learn transferable skills in customer service which apply to any sector.
