What Will I Get?
After completing your 18 month apprenticeship with CERT you will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 2 Certificate in Business Administration or a Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration and have experience of working in a business environment with a busy office space.
If you have no previous experience in administration, this qualification will equip you with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable you to implement effective business and administration techniques in any sector.
