Jordan
Jordan started a Digital Marketing Apprenticeship with CERT which he completed in January 2017.
On completion of Jordan's apprenticeship he was hired by ON Marketing as a Marketing Assistant. Within a short space of time Jordan secured promotion to a Digital Marketing Executive.
Success Stories 2012-2017
Dylan-Leigh
Dylan joined CERT in 2012 as a Learning and Development apprentice. Dylan was unsure about what the future would bring her and wanted to find her passion.
In 2013, Dylan completed her Apprenticeship and was offered a full-time position allowing her to gain more classroom experience and do something she loved everyday.
Dylan has recently been promoted to a Tutor for CERT and is undertaking her BSc (Honours) Degree in Psychology with Counseling.
Sarah
Sarah joined CERT as a Digital Marketing Apprentice after finishing college in 2015. At the time, university wasn't for her but she wanted to continue learning while earning some money.
Sarah found a passion for marketing and decided she wanted to pursue a career in that area. On completion of her apprenticeship, Sarah was offered a full-time role as a "Marketing Assistant" with CERT.
Sarah is now studying a Business and Management (Marketing) Degree with the Open University.
Ashley
Ash became a Learning and Development Apprentice in December 2015.
After completing his apprenticeship with CERT he secured full-time employment as a Trainer developing his existing skills.
Ash now specialises in one to one support and teaching individuals with learning needs. Ash is also striving to complete his Law degree with The Open University.
Callum
Callum joined CERT's Traineeship programme because he was struggling to secure work due to a lack of workplace experience.
CERT's traineeship provided Callum with the experience he needed while also enabling him to learn how to contribute in the workplace as it was a big step up from secondary school.
Callum then progressed onto an Apprenticeship which he completed and has now secured himself a full time job with DFDS in Business Administration.
Alice
Alice found out about CERT's Traineeship programme through her local Job Centre.
Alice had struggled to gain employment due to a lack of work experience despite her passion to pursue a career in childcare.
With the help of CERT, Alice secured a placement at Great Coates Nursery. Within just 6 weeks, Alice was offered an apprenticeship with Great Coates Primary School.
Alice has since won our Celebration of Learning Award for Trainee of the Year 2017.
