What Will I Get?
After completing your 12 month apprenticeship with CERT you will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Learning and Development and have experience of working in a business in the training and development sector.

If you have no previous experience in learning and development, this qualification will equip you with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable you to engage, train and interact with a classroom of individuals.
