The qualification
After completing their 12 month apprenticeship with CERT your apprentice will be awarded a City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in Learning and Development and they will have one year's experience working in your business.
This qualification will equip your apprentice with the underpinning knowledge and practical experience that will enable them to implement effective teaching and delivery methods in your business.
